Purity cowl - to interrupt enemy artillery / boltcaster.
Muisak or candle for max dps, tome of spells if you like first Q.
W : artillery abuse unless you need to help team with flamewall.
R : feyscale flame circle or any other 58% damage robe with frostshield as budget option

Arena 1h fire S Tier

Easy to climb solo untill asstral will be nerfed into ground.
great flexibility
Q : missle  to dps, silence vs boltcaster & artillery, bubble if ally healer is struggling.
W : frazzle - oneshot single target, Enigma blade for dps. cooldown is increased  on jump so dont jump  unless you need to, to maximize damage output
royal sandals  - default, great synergy with E, cultist's are great to counter big heals, hellions and tanks. 

Arena Astral S tier

infinite mana, long range, E spam
W: frost lance for pierce + damage , frost blink to kite

Great holy Crystal arena.  big heals , party resets, tanky. Great holy can be replaced with redemption. 
Boots dodge roll : can be used to rerposition youself to ally + w for self heals, while under pressure

Arena Gholy / redemption  S tier 

Default bloodletter,  good at healer execution. Valor - instant purge
