Utility Bot Great Arcane Build for PvE and Gold Chests

Use empowering beam on your highest non-Ironroot dps. Use Time Freeze(E) on mobs on command. Bring a druid cowl swap. GA sets are often the cheapest right next to ironroots, so it could be the best case scenario for you to sacrifice yourself for your team against divers

I recommend this over the more commonly seen Shadowcaller with Stalker Hood/Hellion hood-royal jacket- cultist sandal build. Great Arcane Staff provides much more utility and does much more damage than a utility shadowcaller

There are no requirements for cape. Demon cape is useless. Lymhurst cape might be the best option if druid cowl isn't needed.
