E is everything, once the tank's E run out drop yours and that's about it. Use Jacket when available to lower cd for your E again and Hood to reset the Jacket so the cycle continues.

Words of Wisdom:

This build doesn't need specs and mostly used for one purpose and it's HP cut, if you do that right DPS can easily melt the boss. With the hood you're basically turning your one Jacket into two and it's very strong when you're in a 4 man party.
