Build that has really high damage against cloth and leather, lots of mobility, but it is expensive and needs really good skill in dodging stuff with the W or E spell of the bloodletter. Also it is really squishy. Use your Shoes of Tenacity + Cowl of Purity combo to get 700+ damage , then kite with your feyscale robe (fire ring) and dodge or kite with your w and q spells. When target is below 40% hp, use your E preferably paired with Shoes of Tenacity.
