Great Frost Staff Shielded DPS Omni Scale PvP Build (Faction Warfare, Arenas, etc.)

This build is fun, kinda fast-paced, and has good balance between AoE damage, mobility, survivability, lasting energy and CC, so it excels thru fights of varied scales, which makes it perfect for faction warfare, especially in PUGs and groups lacking coordination.

Any leather helmet can do (Energizing Shield + Quick Thinker), but Hood of Tenacity is preferred due to its superior attributes and relative low cost.

On the helmet, set the Energizing Shield spell.
