Fallen Staff Healer Morgana Static Dungeon Build
Mob Fame
Healing Dealt
Item Power

Second hardest role to play after the tank.
Any healing staff works except Great Holy Staff, it has knockback so it's bad for PVE in general. Current meta is Fallen Staff.
With the Fallen Staff buff it became new meta both in PVE and ZVZ. 2 second immunity to damage, great amount of Health recovered and CC, debuff and DOT cleanse going to make your life much easier as a healer.
Q skill Holy Flash, W skill Holy Beam, and each E skill for respective Holy Staff. Passive should be on Ascended in order to make your W skill uninterrruptable.
If you using one handed Holy Staff use Celestial Censer for extra Healing Cast Bonus.
Healer needs to be on Graveguard Helmet for emergency heals for a Tank.
D skill Sacrifice. Passive Toughness.
Royal Robe or Druid Robe depending on what Blazing Staff DPS is wearing. If Blazing on RR use Druid and vice versa. If as a healer you struggling and getting damage you can use Cleric Robe.
Magic Rune for RR's R skill, passive Aggression or Efficiency. Obsessive Burst for Druid Robe and passive is same as RR.
Any shoes can work if you use Dodge aka Dogde Roll. Stalker Shoes adds extra 16% Healing Cast which is going to make healing much easier. Use Cleric Sandals or any other shoes if you don't want to prestack the Stalker Shoes's buff. The F Blink skill on Cleric Sandals helps to avoid mob's skills and damage fast.
Raging Blink and Quick Thinker.
Makes you self sufficient with energy.
If you using Royal Robe you need to know the time and place on when and where to drop it. Ideally you would get 6 stacks of the Magic Rune's buff. Each stack is 5%, so total would be 30% additional Healing Cast. In addition to that if you using Stalker Shoes the total bonus would be 46% Healing Cast not counting other bonuses.
For Druid Robe your damage and healing cast increased by 6% every time you cast a spell and it stacks up to 6 times, so maximum bonus you can get is 36%, but I find it hard to get maximum bonus with Druid Robe compared to Royal Robe.
Open with E skill Salvation. It has 1 second Cast time during which you can be interrupted, so you need to be careful not to stay near the Dark Paladin. After that the E skill has 2 second delay. You need to know on where to drop your E skill. Ideally healer knows which pulls tank is doing and can predict on where mobs and tank is going to be.
After that W, Q and D if necessary.
Start with W Holy Beam skill right after Tank clumps the mobs with Air Compressor. Don't use any healing skills before Tank gets the aggro and be careful not to heal too early otherwise aggro is going to be on you.
After W Holy Beam if sustain not enough use your D Sacrifice if tank is too low on health or E skill. If you using Hallowfall be careful not to jump into mob's skills, sometimes they can stun you and oneshot.
If pulls correct and DPS know how to dodge you don't need to use any skills on DPS except Q Holy Flash, keep most of your sustain for the tank, expecially W Holy Beam. If Tank goes down usually mobs go for the healer next.
DPS with Royal Jacket should use R Royal Banner skill immediately after dropping E skills, if you stand inside it's range your Holy Beam's cooldown going to be much lower and you can sustain Tank much better.
