Use Graveguard as emergency heal when all healing skills are cd. before dropping E, use Q first and then drop E and another Q after when tank does a big clump. Always use W when tank is 50% hp or less to avoid overhealing(this is a healing lost which is a cooldown cost too that may cause the tank to die when you use heal too early). Using skills frequently also cost your mana to drain fast, so only heals when you have to and practice putting Q and E to heal more numbers than healing one. It is also to keep yourself alive, so heal after the clump but not before or else you'll take the mobs aggro causing the pull to be a mess and sometimes your own death. Remember that if you die as a healer, everyone may die as well.
