Armor is meta until next patch, after which swap to merc jacket

If using smuggler cape - make sure you wait till the effect of the DOT of the 1st poison finishes before throwing your second as they do not stack

Save your E for when you have 3 stacks.

Swap to Deadly swipe if you need more mobility.

Swap to Shadow Edge against Fire staffs against Fire Wall. Swap to Throwing blades against brawling blades where you expect to be able to hit all 3 blades. Swap to Forbidden Stab against Lifetouch (if you ever see one).
