Chill Howl Budget DPS PvE Group Fame Farm

Crazy high DPS build. You can use Permafrost Prism instead of Chillhowl for bigger CC + DPS on (E) but you actually lose DPS cos of the offhand bonuses you get with 1H Chillhowl, Permafrost is also quite a bit more pricey.

You can use Glacial, Great Frost, maybe even 1H Frost too. The DPS comes from the (Q) spam anyway.

Scholar Robe + Lyhmurst Cape if you want cheaper build. But Morgana Cape + Druid Cowl + Druid Robe is Better.

If you are using Scholars Robe, you must pop your (R) before you start spamming (Q). Always stand in your (W). It gives cooldown and damage. If you are using Morgana Cape you get the speed casting for free after (E) Cast.

If using Druid Robe, pop (R) before you start spamming your (Q).

Be careful who you cast your (E) on. No one else can damage or heal the person/mob trapped in there.

Mistcaller if you want extra cheap, if not Cryptcandle for more DPS.

Omelette better for this weapon, but stew an option.

Calming potion if team gets in bad lure with mobs.
