Use invisibility potion off screen and move towards the enemy, use your boots to receive the CC buff, now use your E ability and just before the pull, use your W on the center of spell to root them in time, then use your Q ability on the clump to silence them, at last use your chest ability, you can use your helmet whenever necessary as a last resort to keep them under control
