Overall

This is a really good build for roaming.
Its low cost and versatility make it powerful against both mobs and players.

With this build, you can use the S.A.F.E Portal to make several million silver in a single hour if you're lucky enough.

Build

Before showcasing the build, keep in mind that you can choose the tier based on your budget.

This is a low-cost build: as of mid-July 2025, T4.2 costs around 150k and T5.2 about 400k (European prices).

With that said, let’s take a look at what this build is made of 👇

Weapons

The Dagger paired with the Torch makes you formidable against melee opponents.

Your spells Deadly Swipe and Chain Slash both deal a lot of AoE damage, which is great against packs of mobs.

Bloodthirsty Blade deals a lot of damage and provides great sustain, especially when combined with your armor spell Haste .

Armor

The Assassin Hood and Mage Sandals are purely utility items, allowing you to combo more often and never run out of energy.

The Hunter Jacket is the key item of the build, as its Haste boosts your attack speed by 60% and damage by 20% for 8 seconds. Its cooldown is 30 seconds, but your torch and the helmet ability Meditation will reduce it significantly.

Accessories

I suggest you take a bag sized for your looting goals. If you plan to stay in the Black Zone for two hours without returning home, you might want to bring a higher-tier bag. Eitherway, a T4.0 or T4.1 bag is enough.

If you're rich enough, you can consider using a Thetford Cape . This is the best cape for this build, as it’s effective against both mobs and players.

Otherwise, you can go for an Avalonian Cape , which is also great and currently cheaper.

If you want to go for a cheap build, you can also take no cape at all.

Combo

I suggest you play differently depending on whether you're in PvE or PvP 👇

PvE Combo

Against mobs, I suggest you do the following: W > Q > R > E.
Once everything is on cooldown, press F > D and repeat the sequence.

This will obliterate the mobs you're fighting, as they can't kite you.

PvP Combo

Against players, you will need to replace your W ability Chain Slash with Shadow Edge .
This is essential, as the build struggles against kiting players.

The combo remains the same: W > Q > R > E.
Once everything is on cooldown, press F > D and repeat the sequence.

Important: you should try to get close to your opponent without using your W, to prevent them from kiting or escaping you. The Invisibility Potion can be a great way to achieve this.

Consumables

If you're planning to focus on PvE only, then the Invisibility Potion paired with Cabbage Soup will be your best choice, as it's safe and reduces your chances of dying.

If you're planning on taking PvP fights as well, then you should use a Major Healing Potion paired with Deadwater Eel Stew , as these are more effective in PvP battles.

Mount

For a really cheap build, the Journeyman’s Riding Horse might be the best option.
For a more expensive version of the build, you’ll want to use an Expert’s Armored Horse to avoid getting dismounted too quickly and to escape ganks more easily.
