Use either off-hand depending if you want damage or defense.

Can use any cape, go undead if you're risking lethal but for budget just go thet or ava cape.

Shoes slot are either for more cooldown or damage, use any shoes other than stalker if you just want cooldown.

You will run into energy problems with this build so 2nd passive or energy pots may be what you need.
