1h arcane staff solo open world

This is a build I have been working on for a few days, and is a pretty balanced build, you can choose to be more dps focused or be more tanky depending on the armor pieces. And is a counter to most other meta builds. You don't need too much skills to play this build, but you need good kiting and to make sure your shots land while also keeping good distance.
